"Don't wanna nap!" Cedric shook his head but he yawned.
"Nobody does sweetie, but it's time to." She helped Cedric get his jacket off and then his shoes.

Meredith tucked Cedric into bed and kissed his forehead he was asleep almost immedietly. Then she went over and kissed Seamus' forehead.

Meredith pulled away and started out of the boy's room before they woke up.

Eli smiled, taking his wife's hand and walking out into the hall. He closed the door to the twins' room carefully, then turned back to his wife. He pulled her closer, kissing the hallow of her neck.

Meredith returned the kiss quite happily. She knew the season was going to be starting fairly soon and he'd be back to travelling and she was going to miss him so she was making plans to make a good time out of what they had left, they were going to take the kids on a picnic, and they were going to do all sorts of fun things, but at the same time she was making sure to leave in time for him and her to just... be together without the kids running around demanding attention.

The new season. It was looming in the horizon. Eli wanted to take the Kestrels to the championships, and he wanted to get on the Irish national team, and go to the World Cup. But sometimes, he wanted to stay home. Sometimes, he wished he wasn't a pro, he wished he had a job where he could stay home. Where he could come home every day and see his children. But not a job at the ministry, he promised himself a long time prior that he would never even think of getting into the ministry.

Meredith pulled away, leaving her hand on the side of his neck. "okay we have about an hour and a half before you daughter wakes up and demands someone change her nappy, what shall we do with it." She grinned.
