Overall Personality:
Natalia is a generally strong person. She knows how to get what she wants and she knows how to take care of herself. She is her mother’s daughter in that’s she stubborn as a mule and spoiled as sin. She is a fairly fun loving person; she tried not to take life too seriously. She really hard to prove that she is more than a pretty face.
Beneath it all she is actually really insecure. She doesn’t have a lot of self confidence just because she’s never really been expected to do anything and she translated that into she couldn’t do anything when she was younger. Now she is happy but at the same time she still is worried about not being good enough for Logan.

General History:
As anyone on the first ANG site knows, Colby and James’ relationship was… odd to put it simply. Colby slept with James just because she was bored and the result was Natalia. The two fought for all nine months about everything but when Natalia was born it all just changed. James and his girlfriend broke up and Colby and James started dating each other, even though James was still in school and Colby had graduated.
Natalia was a spoiled child. Her mother didn’t know how to say no, as Colby had been given everything as a kid. Besides, Colby loved to see the happiness in her daughter’s eyes. So she just gave the girl everything she wanted. When James graduated the two married and soon after had another baby, a son they named Elijah. Natalia was not happy about it. She was four at the time and she didn’t want to share mommy and daddy’s attention with the purple crying thing.
As time went on Natalia got over not having as much attention and grew to… tolerate her little brother. She was still spoiled and got everything she wanted as soon as she wanted it because if her mum and dad didn’t get it for her grandmother Heaven would, or Grandpa Remus. As the oldest Grandchild on both sides (Save for Rilo and Kyler on the Vander Wende side who didn’t really count to her) She had the special bond with both the Lupins and her grandmother. Of course Grandfather Nigel wasn’t fond of her father but he was pleasant to Natalia since she was his Granddaughter.
When she was eleven she went to Hogwarts and was sorted into Slytherin. She was immediately accepted because she was pureblood (For the most part), pretty and she had a lot of money. She was fairly popular and notorious for her love of love. She read romance novels and had a theory on love and a dream of finding the right guy to sweep her off her feet.
She was thirteen when her dad got elected the Minister of magic, it was a shock to everyone really and Natalia had to get use to life under the microscope, which was annoying because she had to be perfect. They quickly gave her the persona of the pretty daughter who wasn’t really expected to be anything but a pretty little trophy wife. Something she sort of slipped into without really meaning too. When she was fifteen Elijah came to school and her mother got depressed. The answer? Having another baby. Ileana was born and Natalia actually kind of liked having the baby around. She was fairly happy with life.
In her sixth year Natalia met Oliver Kendrick. She thought she was going to be with him for the rest of her life. He was a player, but he acted like he really did love her. They dated for a while and he revealed that the only reason he asked her out was because of a bet he had made to sleep with her. She had been angry but he apologized and she forgave him, again sure that he was the one for her.
He graduated and informed her that he didn’t love her anymore. He wanted to be free to do whomever he wanted now that he was out of school. She had gone into depression and the year before, because of Oliver, she hadn’t done well at all in school. It wasn’t that she wasn’t smart, she just didn’t try, and she didn’t see a reason too really. Her parents hired Logan Odell to tutor her and she went along with it, just to shut them up really.
She met with Logan that first time and didn’t think much of him. He was a nice guy and she really hadn’t noticed him at all up until that point despite being in the same year as him so they would have had classes. He helped her to realize that she was more than just a pretty face and that she could do anything she wanted because she had all the opportunities she would need, after all between the Lupins, the Vander Wendes, her dad being the minister and just her being Natalia there were really no doors closed to her.
She gave everything she could to that year she was with Logan because she knew at the end of it they were going to break up. Not because she was a pessimist but because he was going to Romania to be a dragon trainer and quite frankly she couldn’t move that far away from her family, especially not after the year they had. Elijah was a werewolf, her mother was having a fourth baby and her parents were separated because her dad couldn’t get over himself. She loved Logan more than anything, but she couldn’t leave her family like that.
At the end of seventh year the two parted ways and Natalia started doing photography. She did it for the papers, for fun for whatever she wanted really. She loved doing it too. She did Fashion, landscapes, whatever. She moved into her own place and her mother had a baby girl, Audrina. Her parents were back together, Elijah was getting use to life as a werewolf and everything seemed to be great.
Natalia did a good amount of dating over the years but nothing really serious. She just couldn’t find the right guy then one day, by complete coincidence, she ran into Logan while he was in town They spent hours talking and catching up. After that he moved back to England to write and the two started dating again. It was a couple years later that he proposed and the two got married.
It was about a week after they were married that her mother started hinting about grandchildren. ‘Natalia your children with Logan would have the bluest eyes ever.’ and so on. However they waited a few years before even thinking about it. They decided they wouldn’t try but they would stop trying to prevent it and just see what came of it. It was about that time that the Prophet offered Natalia a column, just to talk about whatever she wanted and she took it, because it was a more constant paycheck than the pictures and if they were going to have a baby she wanted constant money.
It didn’t take long for her to get pregnant and she’s thrilled except for the little voice in the back of her head on repeat about the Werewolf gene and about if Logan really is happy away from Romania and the dragons he was always so excited about.
