Overall Personality:
Elijah may be all grown up but he's still a gryffindor at heart. He is the guy you can count on to do anything. Even if it's something incredibly stupid stupid and reckless... especially if it's stupid and reckless. Elijah would do anything for the people he loves and he doesn't care what it takes. He's the typical over protective brother for his younger sisters, but he does realize that Ileana can take care of herself. He is a family guy, he still likes to go over and hang out with his parents and he still takes the crap Natalia gives him just as her younger brother.
Elijah is boaderline egotistical. he's very into himself and very cocky. He tries to keep from sounding like an ass but sometimes he just can't help it and it comes out. Around the full moon he tends to get moody and angrier than usual, also the same sort of thing happens when his mother goes to far about bugging him whenit comes to Rosie. He figures everything is so great right now as it is, why would he want to change it at all.

General History: When Colby and James Lupin got married it was pretty much a give in that they were going to have more kids. Four years after the birth of their Daughter Natalia they had a son. Elijah was born and immedietly showered with gifts from his parents and grandparents. Natalia wasn't thrilled, but eventually got over it. Elijah was a very happy child. He grew up with role models like Remus and James, those two able to keep the influence of the Vander Wende side from making any real difference to him.

He was wildly jealous when Natalia got to go to Hogwarts. He wanted to go with her. Obviously he couldn't,he had to settle for his dad's stories. He was a totally his dad's son, but not nearly as shy. Elijah loved to be around other people and was pretty talkative. He loved attention, but he wasn't the kind of kid to act out to get it.

Finally he was eleven and got to go to Hogwarts. He tried out for Quidditch right away, but didn't get in and was horribly dissappointed. He kept training and tried out the next year, again not getting it. Meanwhile his mum had another child, his little sister Ileana. He loves his little sister, and is glad it means his mum will stop calling him Her Baby Boy.

Elijah's third year was his best ever. He made the quidditch team, something he'd been trying to do since first year and he managed to get up the nerve to talk to his crush. He'd had a crush on Rosie Hartley since the sorting ceremony but was always too freaked out to talk to her until they were both on the quidditch team. All that came to an end when he woke up in the Hospital wing closet. He had inherited the curse of the Lupins. He was a werewolf. He was sure his life was over. He was going to have to quit the team, he was going to have to give up on anything with Rosie and just go about living as a recluse. He didn't care that his grandfather, his aunts, all lived normal happy lives. He just cared about himself and about how it was ruining his family.

His parents were fighting all the time and his mum even left his dad for a short period of time. By the time the got back together his little sister Audrina was born and Elijah was slowly coming out of his depression. The Quidditch Ref assured him he didn't have to quit, that it wasn't cheating as long as he didnt' change on the field (joke haha) and even Rosie didn't mind. Though he didn't tell her why he'd been acting so weird. He was scared to death at the idea of anyone finding out about his furry little problem.

His fourth year was great, because he was no longer 'Natalia Lupin's little Brother' Natalia had graduated and, other than Vi, Elijah was the only Lupin left in the school. He really started to come into his own that year, he got taller, broader, more confident. He was boarderline egotistical. He tried to tone it down as the years went on.

When he was nearly twenty he heard about a young werewolf being ostrasized and he went out into the public, revealing what he was (after he told Rosie) and how it was possible to be completely normal with this disease. Then a couple years ago his sister ended up with it, but for her sake he agreed to keep it quiet, there was a huge difference between coming out in school and coming out when you'd graduated.

Through the years he kept dating Rosie on and off, mostly on, and while his mother (And sister) are hounding him to shut the hell up and marry her he's just not sure he can handle it. He has come to terms with almost all of his disease but he knows that if he Marries Rosie she'll want kids and even if she doesn't his mum would be bugging them. And he doesn't want to risk passing the gene on to any child.
